Human community in society divided into different levels

If we look at any society of the world, we will see the high and low class human beings like poor, rich, labourers, owners, rulers and exploited.  Such classes will seek a kind of social inequality, notion of superiority or social distance.  Thus, the human community in the society is divided into different levels.  The word 'variety' has become very popular in recent times.  Since 1980, the largest industries, all levels of government agencies, all profit-groups, organizations are doing various functions.  Curriculum in schools today also includes a variety of courses.

Various courses have also been started in higher education.  People's thinking has diversified.  Today everyone wants to do something different than the other person and in that way tries to hone their talent.  Thus, diversity is beneficial to every society.  Role of teacher in relation to social diversity: The role of teacher in relation to social diversity is as follows.  Teacher is a laboratory of social diversity.  The role of teacher is important in the cultural construction of the society.  The teacher cultivates the value of social diversity in the development of scholarly knowledge-skills and values.

It builds the progress of the society through scientific research.  Teacher creates a sense of equality among scholars in terms of diversity like poor - rich, worker - owner, ruler - exploited.  The teacher tries to hone the talents of the students through diversity in the curriculum.  The teacher makes the relationship between society and education meaningful.  Efforts are made by the teacher to maintain unity in diversity in the society.

Everyone in the society is known for its unique diversity.  This diversity is given a special identity by the teacher.  Thus, the teacher tries to make diversity beneficial to every society.

Introspection: A mentally healthy and balanced person

Some psychologists consider the characteristics of a person with a healthy and balanced mental health as follows.  Self-esteem: A mentally healthy person is very fond of his self-esteem.  A person who does not have self-esteem or self-esteem feels inferior.

Introspection: A mentally healthy and balanced person constantly confronts his faults and faults.  He tries to break free from the limitations by being aware of his limitations and greatness.  A mentally healthy person constantly introspects.  Thus the revelation: A person with mental health turns to self-realization.

He is aware of his limitations, and aware of his greatness.  Such individuals gain a great deal of confidence when they realize their worth.  That is why in our scriptures it has been said 'Matmamanvannaya', 'Know thyself'.  It is self-realization that one becomes aware of one's own strengths and limitations.  McDougall and Socrates also advocated this, but it is not enough for a person to know himself, it is necessary for him to accept himself.

Thus, according to psychologist Hadfield, "It is not enough to have self-knowledge and to accept oneself as that one, in other words, one must be objective in relation to oneself. This makes the third aspect of the self triangle important. Psychic.  From the point of view of health, 'Thisself' is the third side of the triangle.

To keep their body healthy, their food habits, their habits, their hobbies and their entire lifestyle are conducive to physical health.
