 In contemporary India, no society in the world can stand alone anymore.  Today, people dream of a global village.  The world map has changed.  Who is liberal in the society?  Characteristics of Contemporary Indian Society: Characteristics of Contemporary Indian Society: Our social life is getting innovative in independent India.  “Our Indian culture is harmonious, so it is always in search of new changes. Indian society (contemporary) has its own distinctive features.

 It is passing through the present moments.  (1) Social Structure and Social Interaction: In the present society, the social structure is slowly changing.  Discrimination is disappearing.  Widow is recognized as reincarnation.  Child marriage is rampant, the caste system is proving to be meaningless in the present social system.

 (2) Joint Family System: The joint family system which has been in place since ancient times may not last for long now.  Due to industrialization people are leaving the villages and moving to the cities.  Struggle of a Joint Family - The struggle is removed from this truth, but the feeling of unity of the joint family is getting destroyed.

 People want to be with their small family.  Old age homes are coming into existence.  Changes in social relationships: The person quickly becomes self-centered.  The human-human emotional connection is disappearing.  Equations and parameters in relationships change rapidly as the warmth and stickiness in family relationships wanes.  Self-interested commercial relationships are on the rise.

 With the denial of equal rights to women and women's liberty (3), the place of women in society becomes respectable.  (5) Gap between old and new generation: In today's society, the ideological gap between the younger generation and the elderly is increasing.

 Hence the conflict between the old and the new generation is increasing.  Social Mobility: Due to social mobility, urbanization has started happening rapidly.  Villages are collapsing.  Village culture has become extinct, E.  There has been a rush to the city for education and business.

 Due to urbanization, areas like unemployment, disease, smuggling, anti-socialism, slums, alcohol and gambling are flourishing.  Personal Development: In today's society, a person is experiencing a kind of meaningless existence.  It has become self-centered and touch-able.  The person in the crowd lives in a 'lone' mood amid mental tension.  I seek refuge in spirituality.

 Scientific Approach: Scientific Approach to the Individual for Healthy Mindset

 There should be fairness, impartiality, truth-seeking and openness.  Such a person takes a decision only after thorough thinking, having a clear conscience, discovering the truth.  Finally, Maharishi Arvid says mentally healthy, "Three things must be emphasized for mental health. These are aspiration, rejection and surrender."  "Aspiration, rejection and surrender."

 Self-expression and creativity are two sides of the same coin.  It promotes positive mental health.  Scientific approach: For a healthy mindset, one should adopt a scientific approach.  A person with a healthy mindset should have a combination of philosophy, search for truth, analytical power, reasoning, etc.  He does not fall prey to superstition even after taking the help of faith.

 Acceptance by the parents: Sometimes in some cases the parents do not want the child, even in such circumstances if the child is born, the parents neglect him.  Such a child becomes unwanted for the parents.  Therefore, the behavior of the parents towards him is not good.  These circumstances have an adverse effect on the mental state of the child.
