 Concept of Management: Today we come across many definitions of management.  It is difficult to give a definite definition of management.  Because, it is: the human element is at the center of management.  Human behavior and behavior is so complex that it is difficult to predict their behavior.  Management is a dynamic idea.  It changes over time.  Hence different definitions have been given keeping in mind different aspects.
